Once you sign into your account and link your ride share account(s) you’ll need to go to the “Riders” tab where you can add new riders or edit existing riders. To add a rider, click on the “Add a New Rider” button near the top right corner of your screen. A new field will pop up where you can enter the required rider details and choose a PIN for each rider. Click on “Save Rider” and you’re good to go!

If you want to change your PIN number, simply login, click on “Riders” tab, scroll to the desired rider profile and enter your new PIN number in the provided field.
